General Thoughts

I own probably 15+ jackets from Habsburg and they never cease to impress me. In a world focused on fast fashion and the ‘next trend’, it is amazing to find a brand that focuses on innovating traditional wear which has withstood the test of time for centuries. While Loro Piana and Cucinelli do a great job with modern luxury, it is difficult to feel an ability to express yourself and pay homage to our European history when everyone else is wearing the same clothing. Habsburg manages to innovate the finest details, procure the most interesting fabrics, and focus on incorporating the most nuanced of detailing into each piece which really is the benchmark of true luxury. I never thought it was possible to ‘reinvent the wheel’, but Habsburg does just that and I am constantly blown away by the versatility of wear from field hunts, formal wear, or trendy supper clubs. Timeless class, grace, elegance, and sophistication. Those who wear the brand not only express themselves but also their lifestyles and values.
