Dear Sir or Madam,

You can return your parcel free of charge via the UPS portal: https://www.ups.com/track.

Please follow the steps below.

1) Prepare your parcel:

Please pack the items in a sturdy cardboard box and seal it properly.

2) Return label:

In the dispatch confirmation, which was sent to you by e-mail, as well as in the order history of your Habsburg account, you will find the UPS tracking number required for the return.

Now enter the number at ‘https://www.ups.com/track’ or click directly on the tracking number listed in your e-mail.

At the bottom of the page that now opens, you will find the note ‘Return This Package’

After specifying the reason for the return, you can print out the return label or save a QR code on your device for the return at the nearest UPS station.

3) Handover to UPS

Drop off the parcel at a UPS location near you.
